Can you replicate the problem using the default Twenty Thirteen theme with all plugins deactivated?
Why are you using an old copy of WordPress? Were you aware that your site is currently running a very real risk of being hacked? You need to upgrade WordPress asap.
If I upgrade will I loss everything?
No. Just ensure that you make a database backup before upgrading.
Okay I did. Any solution to the blog issue?
You still appear to be using WordPress 3.5.2
Working on upgrading now. I just backed it up
Done. Now whats wrong with my blog
Have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
It looks like it is the theme
Can we see the site using the default Twenty Thirteen theme with all plugins deactivated?
It is the theme. Any way to get around that?
Where did you download the theme from?
I’m sorry but as you are using a non-WPORG theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developers – paid or otherwise. We only support themes downloaded from wordpress.org here.
