   I'm trying to add a page through my Dashboard. When I select 'Add New' from 'Pages,' 'post-new.php?post_type=page' opens with links only, no CSS, no other page construction, just:

   Version 3.1.1
   
       admin
           Edit My Profile
           Dashboard
           Log Out
       Add New
           Post
           Page
       Comments
       Appearance
           Widgets
           Menus

   And none of the links even work. I did a recent upgrade to 3.1.1

   Renamed wp-admin on server, replaced with new. It works.
