Post Navigation not working (6 posts)

    Greetings,

This is an issue with my post navigation in the various Pages of my site. The post nav at the bottom of the page is linking to posts that exist in another page or Category.

It seems to be pulling the post navigation from the sequence in the dashboard instead of display the correct post link that is associated with it by Category.

If you look in the Recipes section and scroll down, the post listed at the bottom actually correspond to the Recommendation page and it is not listing or linking to the next or previous Recipe as it should.

Any ideas of what could be causing this?
Thanks in advance for your help.

    K

Text As Link, Without Post Title, Within Same Category

look into using next post link, within same category

    Thank you.

So does this mean it will display the Title of the next post as well?

I want to display the Post Title.

I have a developer who is programming the back end stuff and I forwarded your suggestion to him.

I'll let you know if it works.
    Thanks for writing and sharing!

I'm not a freelancer, so I don't poke around at peoples sites... If I break anything, it'll have my time wrapped up forever.

You can paste the nav code here, or the entire template in a pastebin
    http://wordpress.pastebin.com

    for investigation

    <?php next_post_link('%link', '%link', TRUE); ?>

should do it (along with previous_post_link)
