Post Merging Together

Hey, I’m not quite sure how to explain this, but there is a post on my page that always “swallows” the post beneath it. Ie. the post underneath will disappear completely, but the text will appear in the post above.
Wherever I move this post, the same thing happens… the post underneath it will be gone and the text will be shifted upwards to the weird post.
