   Hello guys, i want to do make posts to be listed as in this picture. can somebody help me? and if possible appear this flag.

   You could use a feature image for each post and use the flag that you want for each post.

   I would just display the titles with the links to the full article and no content. It really depends what theme you are using and how comfortable you are with editing the php.

   You need to look at the index.php or loop.php depending on your theme. Please provide a link to your site and tell us exactly what page you want these to appear on.

   i'm not decided what theme to use ... I currently use this theme you can edit as I said above

   theoretical, need to edit index page to display last 10 posts in each category same as the sport page http://rdc-center.info/test/?page_id=5
