When you click on any of the post links on the from page they redirect to a page. The URL is
http://www.alexrowley.org/http:/www.alexrowley.org/great-north-road
Tried so far disabling all the plugins / reinstalling the core / switch back to the twenty Ten theme - none made any difference.

The URL should be http:/www.alexrowley.org/great-north-road/.
This is probably caused by including the full site path in the permalinks settings. Just use %PermalinkVariable% there.
It may also be caused by a duplicate query or improper one.
