The Post Levels plugin has been updated to work with WordPress version 2.0

New features include:
* HTTP Authentication for RSS feeds: Users can now see private feeds in their feed readers
* New plugin admin UI
* User levels are now independent from WP's admin roles
I have not upgraded my WP to the latest version but still want to use the older version of this plugin until I can do the upgrade. Is there any way to use V0.2.1 of this plugin and make it so registered users cannot post on my blog??

i see the feature descriptions but i'm unclear what this plugin does exactly; a generic description of purpose/usage would be really helpful
