• One of my posts are totally in italic format, even though I didn’t set it to italic ANYWHERE. I have been checking the mySQL-database and can’t find anything which would make it italic. If I go via [Admin Panel -> Manage -> Posts -> View] it does NOT show up in italic. Any ideas?

  • I guess you have to give us a link to get a shot at that 😉

Well, basically there’s no more information you can get by looking at it. There are two posts. The oldest one shows totally in italic, even though there’s nothing italic in it.

I decided to repost it and then it worked without italic, so I went to the mySQL-database to edit its posting time, so they would be displayed in the correct order. after I edited its posting time and moving it down under the later post, it changed to italic again. Very weird.

maybe some flaw in the theme 🙂

It’s the default theme, so it’d be weird if noone else had the problem. Only change I did was changing from “justify” to “left” in style.css :S

    A link would help then

seems like the very last line in your first post includes a <em />
, and it doesnt seem like the em tag is opened earlier in the post?

    that’s correct

    problem solved, thanks alot.

The extra <p><em /></p> shouldn’t do anything, even if an empty em element is strange.

It seems that the style from the post metadata continues into the next post.
I couldn’t find the reason, but I suggest to check carefully that all start tags corresponds to an end tag.

If they don’t chack the theme.
    Lycka till!

The problem was the above mentioned <em /> 🙂
