Post Image in ThesisAwesome BlogSkin Template

Hey people, am sorry if i act like a noob but i really need to fix this issue. I’m running thesis 1.8 framework on my WordPress blog last night i installed a new skin (BlogSkin) by ThesisAwesome. What i want is to display post image on homepage as a thumbnail on the left which working perfectly fine but now it also shows thumbnail when we open that article. I want the image to stay on the HomePage but not on top of article. I hope i explained my problem well.
