Post editor in a page

Hello WordPress community, I would like to ask if there’s any plugin that I can use to create a post editor within a page, what I mean is that how can I create a new post on my blog without going into the dashboard. Say for example I am going to create a new post and will publish it immediately, I’ll just click on a button named create new and I will be directed to a page called http://mydomain.com/createnew and there I will be shown the page that has all the functions that I can see and use as if I am creating it inside my dashboard? You may wonder why I am thinking of having this option, the answer is I want to create a blog wherein any registered members can immediately create a new post without going into the dashboard. 😀 Thank you
