    I installed the Twitter Cards Meta plugin, and after setting up the plugin and clearing my cache, I went to the Card Validator page to make sure it was importing the data correctly.

    Most of the information for my Summary Card came through correctly (Title, image, etc), but the description simply says “Tweet”.

    I’ve since switched out to another Twitter Card plugin and it pulled the description just fine, so I’m not sure what the issue is, but I wanted to bring it to your attention nonetheless.

    Thanks, could you give us URL? As each WordPress site use different plugin, there could be issue caused by other plugin. It will help us solve this, as up to our present version there was no report that this plugin fails, so we wants to have close look and solve this.

    I’m posting here because I just installed this today and am having the same issue. Everything works great except the description. If I don’t get a response, I’ll investigate the issue further tonight and post my findings, but preliminarily even with a description (121 character count) entered into this plugin on my site, the output meta tag is as follows:

    <meta name="twitter:description" content="">

    Perhaps it’s just a variable name conflict? Anyway, feel free to view the issue on my site ( davidreidy.com ). It’s running WP ver4.1 built on CvCard Theme.
