   I went and changed the category_id of several posts in wp_post2cat because I didn't see a way to mass-change posts into putting them into another categories. I noticed now that when I go to manage categories and it says Posts, it just says 1 (because I only changed one manually). What do I have to do in the database to change this?

   If you create and save a new post with all the categories checked, that should correctly reset the counts so that the number of posts in each category is set correctly.
