    Hello,

I run a medium-sized WordPress installation with over 1,000 posts and 130 active users.

I started experiencing an issue where, when a post is told to publish, it reverts one version. If there is no previous version, it returns a blank body. As you can imagine, this is particularly annoying for my copy editors who make small revisions to a post, hit Update, and have their revisions lost.

This seems to be limited to certain instances. Sometimes it takes one additional try to publish the correct version. Sometimes it never wants to update and always reverts. And sometimes, the issue doesn’t occur at all. I’m currently gathering user data on browser types and conditions when this issue occurs.

Any advice you could give would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
