post category parent sub child

    I was wondering in WordPress is it possible to do the following in post categories structure.

    Parent
    ->Sub
    —>Item 1
    —>Item 2
    ——>Item 3
    ——->Sub 3 1
    ——->Sub 3 2
    ——->Sub 3 3
    When you click on parent then only Sub heading will show
    when you click on Sub then Item 1 Item 2 Item 3 will show

    When you click on Item 3 then all the Sub 3 items will show up.
