Post category page not loading correctly

    Hi,

    Just lately my blog has started to give loading problems with the category pages.

    the main page is working fine, but when I click on a category on the menu bar, this is the error 404 that I get.

    Sorry, I’ve looked everywhere but I can’t find the page you’re looking for.
    If you follow the link from another website, I may have removed or renamed the page some time ago. You may want to try searching for the page:

    Can someone please help me out with this issue and tell me how to fix it?

    Howdy,

    In “Settings > Permalinks” in your dashboard, what are the settings right now?

    For your “Singles” category, what is the slug right now? (Under Posts > Categories.)

    i did a temporary change by adding manual links in the menus

    but the permalinks are set to postname

    and the categories are set to the following:

    http://hotnewbeats.com/category/mixtapes/

    and im getting an error once i access the category page

    “Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration.: One or more of the given URLs is not allowed by the App’s settings. It must match the Website URL or Canvas URL, or the domain must be a subdomain of one of the App’s domains.”

    Oh. That message has to do with the share bar that shows up at the bottom of your pages. Possibly something to do with Facebook?

    Anyway, can you disable whatever plugin / functionality creates that bar and see what happens?

    I updated the facebook integration plugin and everything started to work fine.
