Post categories into its own page…

    This is what I want to do:

    If I post to using a category “Technology” I would like that post to be displayed in two pages; 1) the main page “Welcome” (where the latest posts are shown) and 2) the “Technology” page (where just the information on technology is posted).

    Any ideas?
