   I have enabled the post by email feature in my blog. It works great however, assigning custom categories only places my tags in the body of the blog posting (e.g. [category cat1, cat2, cat3]). I am writing in Plain Text and have also tried Rich Text. Anyone have suggestions?

   bump - still unable to post custom or specific categories to post by email. For that matter, none of the custom tags are functional. Seems to be a lack of people using this feature or a lack of concern.
