Post box not appearing

I’ve searched through the support forums, and found nothing that helped/pertained to what I am having problems with (well I found topics, but they didn’t seem to be exactly what my problem is.

I’ve seen topics about this before, about how when posting a new post or page the visual and code buttons do not work well I figured out it was one of my plugins I was using my deactivating all of them and then reactivating one-by-one to see which one it was. As I was doing this when I went back to the create a new post page I noticed the box for posting was completed gone. I didn’t edit any files so I can not figure out why this would happen randomly? Everything else works (comments etc) except for writing/editing a post/page.

I tried re-uploading admin files, but nothing helped even cleared my cookies/cache but that didn’t help either. Thanks 🙂
