Post blog posts in two places….

Hey guys, hopefully I am able to explain this as clear as I see it in my head.

The basics of my blog is that I will have the home page as your typical blog and the only other content will be staff profiles page. However I want the same format and design of the blog pages on the staff profiles page.

Is there a way of creating posts and publishing them on a selected page(staff profiles)

Or preferably what I would like to do is use pages rather than posts but keep the styling and design of the blog posts.

Hopefully I haven’t confused any of you, thanks in advance for any help.
