Post Authors lost after Import to Multisite

    I have a Multisite network set up and functional, but in attempt to migrate another single install WP site into my network, I found that the Author reverted to my Super Admin Author name. The site only had a few dozen posts to update, but this could have been quite an issue if there were multiple Authors on the site. How do I get around this problem?

    You have to add the authors to the network first. then when you import there’s a drop down that asks who you want to attribute posts to.
