"Post a Comment" button visible, but comment box has disappeared.

    I have searched through existing questions about comments, but cannot find one to address my situation. Your advice is very much appreciated!

    As can be seen on this post, comments are not currently functional on my site: http://youcanbreastfeedhere.com/the-americana-at-brand/

    The sections for comment author, email, and actual comment have disappeared.

    I have almost no knowledge of coding. I paid a web developer for my site design and code work. I have basic knowledge of WordPress–enough to maintain my site, update plug-ins, and add new content.

    I am running WordPress version 3.3.1
    The theme is AgentPress Child Theme 1.0 by StudioPress
    The following plug-ins are active:

    Add Post Thumbnail Shortcode
    Version 1.2 | By Aaron Harun.

    Hi,
    I use Akismet and Jetpack, of the plug-ins you listed. I have them deactivated at the time.

    I haven’t found much useful information here. I will post something, but I am going to try elance as well.

    I will share any info I get.

    Items for page is not working…
    i selected 10 but the page accepting 20 items why??????????
