   any 1 know about something for showing last 10 or XX post on HTML page (Some thing Like Flash or XXXX)

   Use the template tag, query_posts(), and the showposts=10 parameter.

   Or a plugin such as http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/recent-posts/
