Possible use for Taxonomy Picker?

    I’m hoping this plug-in will help solve a problem with a WordPress site that I’m building now…I’m migrating my existing web site to WP, and I have 700+ tasting notes for various whiskies that exist in a .csv file and regular HTML (which is what is displayed now on the web site). Could I use this plug-in to just search one category (and put all of my tasting notes in that category) on the site and have it return all of the notes for a single distillery, region, country, etc.? In reading the description, it looks as though the plug-in is configured to search the entire site, and I don’t want to confuse notes with podcasts, photos, and other posts.
