   Hello all. I would like to be able to have sidebar content that I can turn on and off. With the default wordpress you have a sidebar with article categories and archives. In addition I would like to be able to have other sidebar content so on some pages I can have the categories and archives, and on other pages I can have other content in the sidebars that I would create.

   Does anyone know if this is possible with wordpress?

   If i am guessing right, you want different widgets in different pages ? right ?
   If so please go and try the Widget Logic plugin and you should also have to know about Conditional Tags to use that plugin
