Have a set of pages which have served their purpose. Ready to unpublish them and remove the associated image files, but would like to make a copy of each page first. Like a screen capture or PDF, but one that can be scrolled. These files would be stored offline. Is this already built into WP somewhere? Is there a Plug-in?

If you use Firefox, check out the Pearl Crescent Page Save add-on for saving full length page screenshots.

There's also the print to PDF method.

Only useful if you're on Windows, but another suggestion nonetheless.. :)
