[resolved] Possible to integrate with Salesforce WordPress-to-lead plugin? (4 posts)

Hello. My form is generated as a shortcode by this plugin: http://wordpress.org/plugins/salesforce-wordpress-to-lead/

If I put the shortcode in the main description field, as expected it submits the lead to salesforce and does not trigger a conversion for your plugin. If I put the shortcode in the "Landing Page Form or Conversion Button" field, it will trigger a conversion event but will not process the form (no form validation, no thank you page, nothing sent to salesforce). I have it set up with the shortcode in the latter way here: http://arch.hollisint.com/go/healthcare-projects/
    Have I missed something?
    Thanks

Just tested the form submission. Our ajax is firing normally

What does the form normally do on other pages? Redirect elsewhere?

http://www.archframing.com/go/healthcare-projects/ Here's the same form on the live site, where the shortcode is outside of your conversion box... I believe it just submits the form as POST data, so it reloads the current page to process the form. If you hit submit at all, it validates the form, and if the form goes through successfully the word "Success!" appears in place of the form.

Try adding wpl-track-me class to the form. Class="wpl-track-me" that should grab the submissions.

I'm not sure why one works but not the other.

If the form class doesn't work we will need to take a deeper look: http://www.inboundnow.com/landing-pages/advanced-support to help with this.
