    Hi there.
I'm having a problem that, after much research, haven't found a solution anywhere for it... In "Apperance" > "Menus" I'm not able to see my pages in "Pages", it only displays "No items.", and therefore cannot structure a menu.

After much research i found out that some having the "same" problem had pages as Draft, but in my case all pages are "Status: Published" and "Visibility: Public", but still the Pages box displays the "No items." message... I took a look at the database and all lines have "publish" in the "post_status" column.

Does anyone have any idea why? I made a fresh install with NO INSTALLED PLUGINS and no configurations, made 2 or 3 test pages, and i get the same problem. Am i the only one having this problem? :)
Server: Windows Server 2008, PHP 5.4.3, MS-SQL server 2008 R2 Enterprise, Worpress 3.4 (have the same problem in 3.3.2) using WP Db Abstraction 1.1.4

Hope to have some positive feedback... Thanks in advanced.
