Hello, I have the same problem, some people keep saying that they “clicked” by error on some stars and ask me if I can remove their votes, but can’t find how… if someone can help us, thanks 🙂
There does not appear to be a method to delete a single users rating for a post from within the WP-PostRatings plugin but you could delete the entry from the wp_ratings table in your database. You would just have to be really careful to not delete someone else’s rating by mistake.

I just deleted an individual rating record from the wp_ratings table but the rating is still on the site? So I think caching,…but I have no caching plugin or something installed.
Does anybody have a clue?
No, you cannot delete a single rating. The wp_ratings table is just for logging purposes. The post only stores accumulated data and does not compute on the fly.

Or maybe a WP-admin setting that users are allowed to change their rating?
