Portfolio suddenly showing "Not Found"

My portfolio which have been working fine all of a sudden have seemed to stop working. When I click on a portfolio link in my gallery page I get a “not found” message. What could have caused this to suddenly stop working> I have not loaded or installed any new plugins.

When creating a portfolio, if I hit the preview button everything looks fine. As soon as I publish however it tells me “Not Found”
