Hi,
First thing, I know that this issue was brought up here:
http://wordpress.org/support/topic/centering-portfolio-slideshow-plugin
but I tried the css code suggested and it didn't work for me and the suggested how-to helpful link didn't work. So I'm bringing it up again as the comment section on this post was closed. Secondly, I really love the portfolio slideshow feature and have no complaints--I just would really love to center the slideshow on the page. My images are set to center but beyond that I'm not sure what to do.
Here's link to my latest portfolio slideshow so you can see:

Thanks!
Try using Firefox with the Firebug add-on for this kind of CSS work.
http://getfirebug.com/
I already used firebug and given the code I was unable to make adjustments that resulted in any changes. I always try to resolve problems first using firebug but I don't know what it is that needs to be changed.
If I use the CSS code suggested in other related posts (see below) I see only the thumbnails (which are also not centered) but the current full size image isn't shown at all. So what would I need to adjust in this code to show the full size image centered? Thanks:)

I'm sorry but it is beyond the remit of these forums to teach basic CSS. Try asking on a general CSS forum.
Sorry, but I thought I posted in same forum as the other posters who had posted the code and had asked editing code questions. Didn't realize I couldn't do this here. Then could I have my domain name I linked to above deleted from this post so it no longer shows up? I understand this has to be done by a moderator. Would greatly appreciate it:)
Try .slideshow-wrapper {text-align: center}
