Can you please provide more details?
I think “portfolio pages” are not included in the standard wordpress.
Do you have this via theme or do you use a special plugin for this?

I’m a wp newbie and I thought it was a basic wp feature?

I’m having the same problem. When I activate Event List it prevents permalinks from working when clicking on any of the items in my portfolio. It just takes me to a 404 page not found.

I have it deactivated right now so everything at the above link works the way it should. Any idea why this plugin would cause this conflict?

It is not included in standard wordpress so I think it is included in the theme you are using.
Can you please tell me the name of the theme you are using. Hopefully it’s a free one, so I can install it for testing.

Unfortunately the theme called “Avada” that I’m using is not free. Try this:

I have search for a free plugin with portfolio support and found the “Virtue” Theme. This theme gave me the hint that I should to install the plugin “Virtue ToolKit” with adds a Portfolio menu entry on the admin page. But also with this enabled I can not reproduce the problems you have.
So please tell me if you have a similar plugin in your plugin overview.

Additionally please check if the url is different when the event-list plugin is enabled or not.
