I recently installed the plugin Podpress ver. 6.8 in the plugins folder of WordPress ver. 2.0.4. So far, so good. Except for one very irritating problem. When I select 'Play in Popup' for an .flv file, the popup window does not open to display the full flv flash player, I have to drag out the corners of the window to reveal the full player. The source code of the popup window reveals the following;
<object type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="320" height="240" wmode="transparent"
Is this the code that should influence the popup window size, or should I be looking elsewhere? The problem is the same in Firefox 2.0 and Internet Explorer 7 (though different window shapes).
I have searched high and low through the various php files only to come up empty! When I access another site with the Podpress plugin in use their popup window opens to the correct dimension. Maybe this latest version of Podpress has some error in the code somewhere? I have already had to apply small change to 'podpress-theme.php' to ensure player shows by default in normal location (applying code from previous version of Podpress as suggested by someone else in this forum).
(Am posting here as the level of response in the plugin forum is near zero I'm afraid.)
Am testing all this on a local install on my PC so I can't point you to a URL, sorry.
thanks in advance, Ed
