Popup Plugins – "do not repeat" User Control?

    Looking for a Popup Plugin which allows the user to select “Do not repeat” or “Do not show again”.
    The purpose is to display a popup YouTube video message ONLY TO Firt-Time Visitors. I’d prefer to “empower” the visitor with this control option rather than rely on a “cookie solution”. Any ideas are appreciated.
