Just so you know I have a Blog Home page and an HTML domain name home page. I’d like to get the popup to work on the domain name. Is this possible.
No this isn’t possible as this is a WordPress plugin and it depends on WordPress functions to work therefore it won’t work on your HTML domain but it will do work on your blog which uses WordPress.
Do you have any problem using it on your blog http://cruisedealfinders.com/blog/ ?
Also what’s the main difference between the free and the pro version?
The pro version of pop up plugin contains more add-ons and pop up conditions providing you more control on the pop up.

Could you please share me the screenshot of pop over settings so that i can troubleshoot it?
You can share me a screenshot of it by uploading the screenshot on any image sharing website like http://imgur.com/ and sharing its unique URL here.
Also please try using the different pop over loading method from the following path.
Admin area -> Pop Overs -> Settings

I’m curious I’ve read through about 20 issues with POPup and you’ve never offered any solutions nor have I seen anyone else’s web site using the POPup even after you gave your input for a secret solution. That said can you provide 2-3 POPups that real customers actually use? I’d like to see them in action if you don’t mind.
Other than that why not show me your screen grab with the correct settings and a link to show me yours works. Instead of having to play around for weeks with you here and getting no results. Is it possible no one here actually uses POPup because your response are so weak?

We can’t provide links to real sites that are using PopUp, as we simply don’t keep track of that, we don’t have a list that do use it and we don’t have a showcase.
Not sure what you are referring to with weak responses, but it does help if we have all information required to help see the issue.
That would include,
-Current WordPress version
-Current PopUp version
-Have you tested for a theme/plugin conflict (yes/no)

You’ll want to make sure that you are either using the footer load method or external load method.
The custom load method is for a custom written Ajax call.
If you are using the PopUp by URL rule for example, that requires the whole url including http://
If you could advise of the PopUp rule your using please.

We try to provide solution on each and every issue.

It’s like patient is asking questions to doctor which will not be too helpful.

Unfortunately due to the amount of information you’ve provided, we don’t have sufficient details to provide a resolution.
If you could update us with your WordPress version, PopUp version, what rule your using and also your load method.
I think you are not aware of the thing that there are plenty of users who are using our this plugin and providing good feedback for it.
