    Hi,
    jQuery core is included twice on the page. Remove the custom version,
    leave only the WP one and everything will work.

    Unfortunately that’s either a theme issue or an issue with another plugin you’re using. We can’t debug/fix 3rd party code. Sorry.

    im sad that i have recognize something similary too with some 3rd party code,
    i’ve had installed the plugin Easy FancyBox afterwords and now the pop up won’t show.
    does somebody know a workaround for that please?

    with the pretty idea of “hilrap” of a beneath thread which i found seconds later this issue is resolved luckyly!
