    So, the popup is working fine 🙂 Maybe you checked while you were logged in.

    Yes the popup started working automatically, but when I have transfered the site on the live domain the it agian stopped working, I have deleted the popup and created new with the same setting but the popup is not working again
    Settings:

    • POP ovr loading method: external ( even though I tried with all and it does not worked)

    Active Conditions:

    • On specific URL ( URL of Homepage has been given,with www and without www)
    • Wnen user is not logged in
    • Visit Not Via Internal Links

    Show Popup : Immediately ( even have delayed with few seconds still not working)

    Could you please let me know if the url is listed like so:
    http://ne-properties.com

    We had a case recently where the http:// wasn’t included and the popover didn’t work due to that, just wondering if that’s the case here.

    Hi @alvaro,

    Hmm, could you let me know how it works with only the “Wnen user is not logged in” rule active?

    Just curious if this is due to the rules or otherwise.

    Hi @alvaro,

    I see the popover’s JavaScript is loading in your page, but since the popover isn’t displaying, my best guess is that this has to be related to the rules.

    Could you possibly provide a screenshot of the rules you have setup? Perhaps through screencast.com?
