Pop Up Domination Plugin not compatible with WordPress 3.3 version upgrade (1 post)

    If you get this error message and are running PopUp Domination plugin,

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_rtl() in /home/karencre/public_html/wp-includes/general-template.php on line 2102

    then an easy fix is to go into the plugins folder in your file manage area and to delete the plugin. Instant fix for me today.
