I’m not seeing the popover loading on your page source. At your settings page here:

Could you try another loading method? The Page Footer method if that’s not already selected?
Could you also try using a very simple “Hello” text for example and then include no rules at all? Just to be sure it’s working with minimal settings. 🙂
Also, is the plugin activated currently? I’m seeing a different popup, perhaps through another plugin?

I have the same problem with this website http://www.mortgagesorter.co.uk/best_buy_fixed_NE.html. I have an active popup with just some text. But whatever page loading option I choose, the popup never show up.

Ideally its not a good process to post on a thread 4 months old. The plugin has changed since then and so has wordpress 🙂
