• Very slow support whenever there is an issue. Every time there is an update there is incompatibility issues. Unless you have your own developer willing to troubleshoot, it’s not worth the headache. On top of that, the plug ins are pretty pricey, might as well use a monthly ecommerce system that offers better support.

    Sorry to hear about your lack of support love. Do you have any ticket IDs for us to look up?

    I would say, if you are using third party products alongside, it is up to them to maintain compatibility. I know with our own products we check regularly and ensure compatibility updates are ready to go before launches. Minor point releases shouldn’t break anything.

    Still, if concerned it always is a good idea to have a dev server setup for testing new plugins, updates, or even content before pushing it to the live store. This is the most sensible/cost effective solution.
