    Bought the entire group of add-ons only to find out it couldn't do a basic operation. Poor documentation to say the least. When support finally answered (13 days later) he had a attitude. Not good customer service at all especially when I gave him $150 bucks of my hard earned money. Went to another plugin and it worked much better with quicker and more professional support. FYI, you can find the same functions here for $39 somewhere else. Save your money!

    This customer is mad because he read the feature set for the next version that is coming out in October. He then went on a tirade about wasting his time because the CURRENT VERSION did not have the features in it already. SLP3 does not import categories (a new feature added late last year) via the CSV import utility. That feature is coming in SLP4. As far as support goes, I have been taking a little longer than normal with 5-7 days responses on the forums as I am pushing development on the next major release. Normal forum response times is 2-3 days. Paid support email response is 1 business day for $25. Email that ends up in spam folders aside, I have never left questions unanswered for 13 days, EVER. This customer was refunded IMMEDIATELY when he asked, as per my no-questions-asked money back guarantee on all premium add-ons.

    Amazing how author responded to this rating in 1 day but not to other support posts! I recommend that you do your research before buying this plugin.
