Polyon, Skeptical & Large Files Sized Themes

    I find that some of my wordpress themes are large but I still want to use them, namely skeptical and polyon. WordPress.org dashboard says it’s too large or timedout or some foolishness and it can’t upload. Can I upload it to my host via FTP and use with wordpress.org recognizing it in the themes page? If so how? Please be specific and accurate with your instructions. Thanks in advance.
