Polylang: "All languages" option for posts and pages

Hi,

Our website is multilingual (German, French and English) and we have two problems.

First:
We would like to have the news (posts) only in English. The posts should then be displayed and visible in the right side bar (widgets) for all languages. Furthermore, we want to have a page “News” that contains these posts (in English) and should be seen in all languages.
The only solution we found up to now is to create copies of the posts for all three languages, which is kind of stupid. Is there another way of doing this?

I checked this, but the solution provided is not supported anymore.

Second:
We want to have a page that displays all the publications about our project. We want to have this page in English only. We managed to put the same unique page in the menu but if the user would change the language, a message error is displayed. Is there a way to have one same page for all languages without getting an error message when changing the language?
