Polls/Surveys HELP

    Hi there,

    I am new to WordPress and need some advice.

    On my website I want to have a poll/survey. It will basically be 10 soccer matches and each member has to vote on the correct score of only one match.

    Problem is, I don’t want to have one of the ugly polls/surveys that are available.

    I want my 10 polls to be in ‘accordion’ style and be the full width of the page. The options should then drop down and be the full width also.

    Once the member votes, they should not be able to vote on any of the other 9 polls/surveys. They should also be presented with a Twitter sharing button to share what they voted.

    Is it possible to make such a poll on WordPress? The question would need to have editable text and 2 images that will be editable.
