   I was thinking about getting Dreamweaver to use to edit my site, but it's got just WAY TOO many bells and whistles for all I need, and that is: a sweet little piece of software that let's me edit CSS, PPH, that maybe i can view these files too and has a nice FTP shell as well.
   I don't mean Notepad (no offense!) nor do i mean MS Frontpage.
   So what does everyone use? Coffee Cup is the only other alternative i can think of at the moment.
