Poll Daddy disappeared from dashboard

    After updating to the latest version of PollDaddy several ago, PollDaddy is no longer available from my dashboard. I have tried to log in here from my WordPress site but the password is not recognized and I cannot change it here without an error. I have had a consultant work on this and he says “It is with them, not your site.”

    I’m lost as to what to do about this. Guidance will be appreciated.

    (I am reluctant to provide a link to my dashboard.)
