I installed and uploaded wordpress prior to my hosting being live. My DNS has transferred and my hosting is now live, howver my wordpress blog is not showing. I spoke to the hosting support and they said that my wordpress is pointing to my ip address instead of my domain name and it occured during the installation process. Can i change the setup from the ip address to the domain name or do i have to reinstall wordpress? Please help.

Yes, you can, however honestly, if you dont have any posts, its more "user friendly" to just reinstall it.
