   I've installed podPress.

   I've uploaded the first mp3 file to http://www.americanfreethought.com/audio/ and put that into the Media Files Directory box. (I've left the "Local Path" box blank.

   When I try to submit the feed to iTunes it says "The feed has no podcasts."

   Any ideas what might be wrong?

   P.S. How can I tell which version of WordPress I'm using?

   p.s. Did you ever look around in your own admin panel? like scrolling down to the footer?

   I don't see any posts that would have a podcast link in them. Where do you publish your podcasts?

   I haven't published any podcasts yet. As I mentioned above, I have the first show (mp3) stored in a folder, and I've installed the podPress plugin. I'm not sure what to do next.

   It doesn't "show" if it is just uploaded. You need a post that includes the link to it. THEN it is published and accessible by itunes, for example.

   How does this help me get listed with iTunes?
