   Hello,
   I've gone over all of my settings numerous times, checking this - unchecking that.

   But my 'player' doesn't look correct....in fact, I think it's missing. I have to click 'play now' for the play button to appear...and then it doesn't look anything like what the player settings look like.

   Hello Craig,

   if you check the "Display Player/Preview" check box on the player settings page of podPress, the player will be visible on page load. Although I should say player preview.
   This preview of the player looks a little bit like the Quick Time browser plugin and if you define an episode title picture (in the podPress box below the post editor) then it will look like the video player preview on the player settings page. You can also modify the size of the player preview (also in the podPress box below the post editor).
   The other players which you can see on the player settings page are for mp3 files only.

   I have visited your blog and all seems to work and to look fine.
