Podpress not showing start of movie on Youtube Movie Player

I successfully loaded up movies onto my pages using Podpress. Everything was working fine until I went a tampered with my ‘feed / iTunes settings’, ‘general settings’ and ‘player settings’ within the podpress menu, and now on the page instead of showing the first frame of the movie, it is now showing the default image by wordpress (mickey-mouse). The movie works fine when you click on it, but I would like to put the settings back to how they were (showing the first frame of the movie) and cannot remember what they were!

Can anyone out there give me the URL or folder settings so that my player can find the start of the Youtube video.
