Plugins.php: one plugin on-one plugin off

    I don’t know what happened, but all of the sudden, my plugins.php starts turning off a plugin for every plugin I try to turn on. Anyone know what is going on?

    Ok. After deactivating all the plugins, I’ve discovered that none of the plugins will activate. I have no idea what’s going on. This is something I’ve never encountered before.
